Public Sector Management Resource for Labor Relations Training, Information, and Networking
The Washington Public Employer Labor Relations Association (WAPELRA) is an organization of public sector labor relations and human resources professionals whose goal is to stay current on important issues and to provide an opportunity for exchange of ideas. WAPELRA is an affiliate of a national organization, the National Public Employee Labor Relations Association.
WAPELRA has 350 active members, representing more than 150 public employers in Washington State (cities, counties, special purpose districts, and state agencies), as well as attorneys and labor relations consultants. Membership is limited to those within a jurisdiction who represent management.
