The Connecticut Public Employer Labor Relations Association is a non profit association formed as a resource for labor relations professionals working for municipalities, state agencies, Boards of education and other public agencies.
ConnPELRA is affiliated with NPELRA the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association. Like the national organization ConnPELRA is dedicated to providing high quality training and networking opportunities for human resource professionals and their staffs.
