Welcome to the Maryland Public Employer Labor Relations Association (MDPELRA) website.
MDPELRA is a professional, nonprofit association formed to provide on behalf of management, the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing federal, state, county municipal education and other governmental jurisdictions in the area of human resources and labor relations.
By joining MDPELRA you will also automatically become a member of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA). NPELRA is a network of state and regional affiliates with over 3,000 members around the country. The governmental agencies represented in NPELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state and local government.
