We are dedicated to serving the public interest in labor relations activities in the public sector.
The New Jersey Public Employer Labor Relations Association was established to provide public employers in New Jersey with the same pool of support services, which historically has been available to the labor organizations that service public sector unions.
NJPELRA is affiliated with NPELRA the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association a network of state and regional affiliates with over 3,000 members around the country. The governmental agencies represented in NPELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state, and local government.
Membership in NJPELRA is joint membership in NPELRA.
