Arizona Public Employer Labor Relations Association
(AzPELRA)

 

The Arizona Public Employer Labor Relations Association (AzPELRA), is a professional, nonprofit
association
formed to provide on behalf of management, the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing federal, state, county, municipal educational, authority or political sub-division in the area of human resource management throughout the state of Arizona. AzPELRA established in 2008, is comprised of public sector management representatives responsible for carrying out the labor relations / human resource programs of their jurisdiction.

AzPELRA’s goal is to help its members achieve the highest possible standard of management advocacy by providing the information, resources and training needed to do so.

By joining AzPELRA you will also automatically become a member of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA). NPELRA is a network of state and regional affiliates with over 3,000 members around the country. The governmental agencies represented in NPELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state, and local government.
