The NYSPELRA is a voluntary professional association of labor relations management officials and advocates representing public sector state and local agencies, towns, cities, villages, counties, school districts and universities. Every year, the Association will recognize one or more labor relations or human resources officials with principal or subordinate responsibility for their jurisdiction’s labor relations who have demonstrated exceptional achievement or singular public service advocating on behalf of the public employers and the citizens of New York in the field of Labor Relations. |
