Disseminating and exchanging information, data, and analysis of policy pertaining to all areas of labor relations, including collective bargaining, in which governmental authorities or political sub-divisions and public management may become involved.

Fostering communication and cooperation among members and affiliate organizations to promote sound public policies, practices and legislation.

Promoting innovative solutions to practical problems in public sector labor management relations, and interagency cooperation and support among the members. |
