Labor Relations Association
The Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association, IPELRA, is formed
to provide the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing
all public sector employers in the area of labor and employee relations.
ABOUT IPELRA
Established in 1978, IPELRA is a professional, non-profit Illinois Association, with over 300 members, comprised of public sector management representatives responsible for carrying out the labor relations program within their respective jurisdictions. Illinois is one of a growing number of states to have such an organization.
In December 1984, IPELRA formally affiliated with the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA).
