The Delaware Public Employer Labor Relations Association (DelPELRA) was formed to provide, on behalf of management, the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing federal, state, county, municipal educational, and other governmental jurisdictions in the area of human resource management.
DelPELRA is affiliated with NPELRA the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association. Like the National organization DelPELRA is dedicated to providing high quality training and networking opportunities.
