 The NPELRA Labor Relations Academy Certification Program is an innovative teaching program designed specifically for public sector labor relations and human resources professionals who are new to the field,as well as for experienced practitioners seeking additional training.
Complete Academies I, II, and III (maybe completed in any order), then submit a Labor Relations Professional Paper, which will be approved by NPELRA Labor Relations Academy Committee prior to awarding certification.

 The NPELRA Supervisory Training Program has been developed to provide your supervisors and managers the training that applies to their day-to-day responsibilities.
Web based interactive training: train one or many for the same costs; nationally recognized speakers; informative and practical material handouts and session materials; practical solutions to everyday issues; with 90 minute sessions - quarterly.
