NCPELRA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors shall consist of the President, First and Second Vice Presidents, Secretary-Treasurer, Immediate Past President, and three (3) Active Members to serve At-Large. The Board of Directors shall be elected for two-year terms. The Board of Directors shall be elected by votes cast at the Association’s annual conference, a special business meeting, or by mail or electronic mail ballot as provided herein. Not more than two members from the same public agency may be eligible to serve as a Board member at the same time. At-Large Members of the Board of Directors may not serve more than five consecutive terms of office.
