The North Carolina Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NCPELRA) is a professional non-profit association formed to provide services to public sector management (federal, state, county, municipal, court, educational, authority or political sub-division) in the areas of human resources and labor relations.
By joining NCPELRA you will also automatically become a member of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA). NPELRA is a network of state and regional affiliates with over 3,000 members around the country. The governmental agencies represented in NPELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state and local government.
