The State of Delaware Office of Management and Budget is conducting a search for two full time Labor Relations and Employment Practices Specialists. These positions provide direction to agencies on behalf of State Administration in formulating policies and procedures, and interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements, statutes, court decisions, and related rules and regulations. This is a great opportunity to develop solutions and provide recommendations, guidance and direction to agency management in accomplishing organizational and operational goals.
