About
The National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (National PELRA) is the largest public sector labor relations organization in the nation. The mission of National PELRA is to provide professional support to public sector labor relations practitioners, foster communication among members, promote innovative solutions and exchange information with practical problems in public sector and to provide a voice for public sector management and labor relations professionals.
National PELRA is a network of state and regional affiliates and provides professional learning opportunities to both members and non-members around the country. The governmental agencies represented in National PELRA employ more than four million workers in federal, state, and local government, including the educational sector.

Finding the Right Fit:
Is a tier not quite the right Goldilocks fit for you or your agency? Contact Executive Director Andrew Haines to discuss. National PELRA recognizes in-kind services to support its members and future members, and a combination of monetary and in-kind professional services can be valued to meet a specific tier.
Lead Contact Information*:
- If not already included in sponsorship tier: $1,000.
- Sent one (1) week prior to the annual conference.
- If included in sponsorship tier, but desire sooner than scheduled: $750.
- *Lead contact information is not for general sale and any purchase is an enhancement upgrade to an engagement opportunity.
Additional Annual Conference Add-Ons:
- Additional attendees than included in sponsorship tier for networking/social functions or looking at attend: invoiced by National based on cost of event(s). Contact National PELRA staff.

"After 25 years of working in county and city government as a human resources director and in-house labor attorney, I started my private law and consulting practice in 2010.
