About the National PELRA Foundation
The National PELRA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit subsidiary of the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (National PELRA). The Foundation provides educational opportunities and scholarships to practioners and graduate level students studying labor and employee relations or a closely related field. The Foundation seeks to provide financial assistance to worthy individuals interested in a career in public sector labor and employee relations.
Established without an endowment, the Foundation primarily relies on contributions from National PELRA members and affiliated states for funding. Practioners and students attending universities and colleges with graduate level degrees in Labor Relations and Human Resources are eligible for the Foundation's Anthony C. "Tony" Russo Scholarship. Scholarship recipients are selected on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis. The Foundation seeks your support and contributions to accomplish this mission and contribute to the success of the next generation of Labor Relation and Human Resource professionals.
