National PELRA has state associations in twenty-two states: Arizona, California (PELRAC), Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Washington State, and Wisconsin.
If you are from any of these states, you automatically become a member of National PELRA when you join that state's association.
The cost of membership varies as these state associations set their own membership dues rates. New memberships run on an Anniversary date.
NEW MEMBERS please sign up online - you can pay by credit card or you can choose 'will mail check'; you will receive an email confirmation. If you selected 'will mail check', use the email confirmation for your invoice & return a copy with your payment (membership is not active until payment is received).

Please read through the website carefully before submitting your application. When joining NPELRA, you are agreeing to purchase a 1-year membership; The commitment is for one calendar year. National PELRA does not offer a refund for any membership. Membership can be transferred within an agency. If a duplicate payment, overpayment, or a payment error is made, funds will be automatically applied toward the next year's membership fees.
