Leading from the Middle is a dynamic leadership development program designed to equip mid-level leaders with the mindset, tools, and confidence to lead with strategic impact. Through a series of immersive, skill-building workshops, participants leverage a growth mindset, explore innovative approaches to leading others and navigating change. This program goes beyond operational management; it cultivates leaders who think boldly and communicate powerfully as purpose-driven leaders who influence across levels and shape the future of their organizations.

Program Overview

The program features four 90-minute modules which are outlined below. Prior to the first workshop, participants will complete the PRADCO Quick ViewTM Leadership and Personal Styles assessments followed by a 90-minute group feedback session to help them better understand their results. Participants will also have a 60-minute 1:1 session with a PRADCO coach following Workshop 2 to work on an action plan.

PRADCO Leadership Programs Testimonials

I attended the PRADCO Women in Leadership program in Fall 2024.  The assessments that were given allowed me to deeply self-reflect on my leadership style.  I was able to see where I currently was as a leader and compare that to where I wanted to be as a leader.  Following the assessments, we were able to discuss and learn the how to possess traits of all leadership styles.  We each learned our unique values we offer and how to ensure those values are being shown in our leadership presence. My program Coach, Barb was an amazing.  She listened to every word I had to say and gave encouragement and advice throughout the program.  In addition, she would check-in to see how I was implementing the changes we discussed.  Since the program, I have been able to implement leading with more confidence, specifically the ability to make decisions more effectively and speak more assertively when needed.  

I highly recommend this program through PRADCO and taking the assessments.  My advice for the program would be to remember to give your current-self grace and continue to always work towards your ideal-self.

Participating in the Pradco Women in Leadership program was a meaningful and valuable experience. One of the many highlights for me was the leadership assessment component which provided deep insight into my strengths and opportunities for growth. The level of detail in the assessment was eye-opening, helping me better understand my leadership style and areas for development. What made it even more impactful was the opportunity to meet with Barb (who is awesome!) one-on-one to review and dissect my results. The virtual format of the program made it easy to attend from anywhere without taking time out of my day to travel to another location. The pace of the course, along with the thought-provoking assignments and engaging instructor (Barb), made the experience worthwhile and impactful. I highly recommend this program to any woman looking to increase her confidence, strengthen her leadership skills and make a difference in leading others!
